Both flankers for the Bay were outstanding with man of the match Sam Rocher scoring two tries and Nathan Oliver having his usual busy game. Front rower Zion Takarua was strong up front while Michael Hotene had a strong game in attack and defence.

At half time coach Cameron Scully urged his team to work on their line speed in defence and attack. The playing group delivered, working hard to keep the 'Tahs at bay.
